1. Eligibility & Verification
- •Only licensed healthcare professionals may issue prescriptions.
- •Klinicly will verify credentials before granting prescriber access.
- •Pharmacies and dispensaries must be duly registered with appropriate regulatory authorities.
2. Prescriber Obligations
- •Prescribers must ensure accuracy, legality, and compliance with clinical and ethical standards.
- •Controlled substances or restricted medications must follow applicable laws and guidelines.
- •Klinicly is not liable for medical malpractice or inappropriate prescribing.
3. Pharmacy Obligations
- •Pharmacies must verify prescriptions before dispensing.
- •Pharmacies are responsible for reporting, tracking, and compliance with regulatory authorities.
4. Data Handling & Security
- •All prescription data is encrypted and stored in compliance with NDPR/GDPR.
- •Klinicly does not alter prescription content but may log transactions for security and audit.
- •Access to prescription data is limited to prescribers, pharmacies, and authorized parties.
5. Fees & Usage
- •Klinicly may charge subscription or transaction fees for e-Prescribe services.
- •Fee structures will be communicated transparently before activation.
6. Liability
- •Klinicly provides the infrastructure but is not responsible for clinical decisions, medication errors, or disputes between prescribers, patients, and pharmacies.
